Tyler Lockett had 119 yards on nine receptions with two touchdowns, while Curry Sexton also caught nine passes for 141 yards and a score for the Wildcats (9-2, 7-1 Big 12). Lockett hauled in passes of 17 and 11 yards on consecutive plays late in the half, then concluded the drive with a 6-yard touchdown reception with 47 seconds left. The Wildcats continued to pour it on in the third. Waters opened the quarter with a 20-yard pass to Sexton. Kansas States signal-caller capped the drive with a 13-yard TD pass to Jones. Kansas didnt give in, however, as it marched down the field for a score on Cummings 19-yard TD toss to Trent Smiley, who recorded the first touchdown of his career. Waters hit Sexton for a 37-yard touchdown strike later in the third for a 45-13 advantage. McCrane knocked down a 52-yard field goal early in the fourth, and Jack Cantele kicked a 39-yard field goal later to account for the final margin. Game Notes Kansas still leads the all-time series 64-43-5 ... Sexton now has 940 receiving yards for the season. If he records 60 more over the final two games, he and Lockett will become the first pair of Kansas State receivers to eclipse over 1,000 yards in the same season ...
