Buck Showalter said Tuesday that Davis told him he was given a theraputic-use exemption for the medication, according to the teams official website. MLB suspended Davis in September for 25 games after he tested positive for an amphetamine. Davis said he took Adderall by mistake after legally using in the past. MLB does not comment on individual players theraputic-use exemptions.
